RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Taking orders and serving drinks courteously.

  • Serving drinks in accordance with company standards

  • Assistance in preparing cocktails in accordance with the company standards

  • Restaurant and bar setup following instructions from supervisor

  • Preparation and operation of Food & Beverage activities (cocktail parties, Tea Time, Café Lunch) and special events

  • Correct handling of all products, materials and equipment (glasses, cutleries and crockeries etc.)

  • Cleaning of service working areas in accordance with HACCP rules

  • Conduction of stock takes; inventory according to company procedures

  • Assistance in other departments upon instruction from supervisors (if required)

  • Active participation in onboard training programs

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum SC

  • 1 year experience in similar position (Clients' oriented experience)

  •  HSC or NTC 3 qualified and 2-3 years experience in similar position would be an advantage

PERSONAL QUALITIES :

  • Fluent in English and French

  • Good team player

  • Ability to listen

  • Understanding how to detect customer needs
