As the Admin Assistant you will be responsible for handling the demandes of our clients as follows:

  • Respond efficiently to emails

  • Ensure quality follow-up regarding quote requests

  • Ensuring that quotations are well calculated and sent accordingly.

  • Follow up on orders and deliveries



  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Creative personality
  • You are rigorous and organized
  • You are ready to take responsibilities
  • A first experience in the textile industry is a plus
  • At ease with writing and speaking
  • Good communication skills
