As the Admin Assistant you will be responsible for handling the demandes of our clients as follows:
Respond efficiently to emails
Ensure quality follow-up regarding quote requests
Ensuring that quotations are well calculated and sent accordingly.
Follow up on orders and deliveries
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Creative personality
- You are rigorous and organized
- You are ready to take responsibilities
- A first experience in the textile industry is a plus
- At ease with writing and speaking
- Good communication skills
