You are responsible for all financial aspects of the company. You carry out the accounting work in accordance with the regulations in force and with internal rules. You are in charge of the budget planning to support and advise management on decision-making.

your main responsibilities will be:

  • Responsible for customer invoicing

  • Capture of all customer invoices

  • Debt Collection

  • Responsible for the "cash collection" – Collection of customer payments

  • You supervise the proper receipt of funds by managing and controlling bank reconciliation accounts, cash registers and any other accounts related to your scope of action.

  • Processing and follow-up of general accounting entries.

  • Preparation of the operating account and balance sheets

  • Prepare, review and analyze the accounts on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

  • Monitoring and management of budgets and costs

  • Tax and social declarations

  • Closing of accounts at the end of the year and follow-up of the annual audit

  • Responsible for maintaining accounts payable (digitization, invoice entry – processing of supplier reminders, justification of third-party accounts)

  • Ensure the accounting of invoices for the purchase of goods, reconciliation with stock receipts and their payments.

  • Prepare budgets and cash flow forecasts: Cash management – Anticipating expenses and cash inflows – Forecasting trends

  • Constant verification of the company's financial health


  • Follow, develop and write procedures

  • Responsible for alerting in case of malfunction or identified risk

  • Implement the necessary internal control procedures and ensure compliance with them to minimize risks


  • Implentation of accounting management software

  • Search for the most suitable ERP for our activity,  implantation and trainee of different departments.

  • Interpretation of financial informationCreation of dashboards and reports to facilitate management controland decision-making

  • Provide advice and assistance in making decisions in the different department of the company.


  • Develop and improve administrative procedures

  • In coordination with the law firm, it manages the legal and tax fields related to assets (real estate, insurance, etc.), economic life (contracts, agreements, industrial and intellectual property), financial engineering (loans, etc.), etc.

  • Manage and control overhead costs


  • Accounting / Finance Diploma / Degree

  • Experience:minimum 3 years in full financial accounting

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills are required for this position (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) as well as the ability to work within multiple internal databases and maintain consistent organization and presentation

  • Strong knowledge in government institution

  • General knowledge and understanding of accounting and finance principles.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and French.

  • Resourceful, action oriented, nimble learning, collaborates, communicates effectively, passionate.

  • The candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, possess the ability to perform duties under limited supervision; have demonstrated organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
