Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Report direct to General Manager.

  • To coordinate and follow up with all other departments in all job assignment by General Manager.

  • To be a confidential translator for all documents to and from General Manager.

  • To keep records, control and scheduling appointments for General Manager.

  • To take minutes of morning briefing and to handle all personal affairs for the General Manager.

  • To be able to exercise initiative and work with confidential information of Executive Office.

  • Arranging business trip for General Manager and any other Departmental Head.

  • Responsible for the filing system of the Executive Office.

  • To handle and screen all incoming and outgoing telephone calls for General Manager. Taking messages as necessary.

  • Typing all documents and reports as required by General Manager.

  •  Assisting other departments like the Food & Beverages and Kitchen for menu and tags preparation; IT department for information to be input on IPTV, etc

  • All secretarial works as assigned by General Manager. 

Qualification and Experience : 

  • 3-7 years 

  • Diploma in Administration or Managements

Competencies and Skills :

  • Good English language skills. Advantageous to communicate in local and other languages.

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals

  • Sound administrative ability

  • Able to handle demanding workload 

  • Knowledge of Administration computer systems and personal computer

  • Working knowledge of local and any other languages

  • Proven track record in hotel of similar standard in similar capacity
