Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Administrative Coordinator manages the day-to-day administration of the department in support of the different LOBS and participates in the implementation of the projects and initiatives within the departments.


  • Perform general administrative, clerical, and executive support tasks to ensure organisational sustainability.

  • Lead, guide and interact with the different department and external parties for the good running of the operations administration.

  • Work in collaboration with the Manned Security Operations team to strategically develop and manage a qualitative cost-effective transportation system for all the employees of Brink’s.

  • Collect and assemble data for the consolidation of the KPIs for monthly and ad hoc reports.

  • Prepare pre-payroll processing documents while ensuring verification for submission to the payroll in a timely manner

  • Participate actively in the development of management tools to improve our processes: lean approach.


  • Bachelor’s degree in management.

  • You have 3 years of experience in a similar position.

  • You have good communications skills.

  • You are result oriented with attention to detail and accuracy and you have good communication skills.

  • You are an intermediate user of Microsoft office tools.

  • You are a team player and thrive in a collaborative work style, Personal organization.
