KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer relationship support.

  • Develop and improve administrative procedures.

  • Maintain all official documentation (filing).

  • Processing and follow up of general accounting.

  • Responsible for customer Invoicing with Quick Book.

  • Working cooperatively with the company’s certified accounting firm.

  • Recall & follow up debtors.

  • Monitoring and management of project-based budgets as well as the general budget.

  • Supervising and handling of petty cash activities.

  • Manage office stationery and supply.

  • Responsible for company data and documents (maintenance of physical and digital filing systems).

JOB SPECIFICATION/ REQUIRED PROFILE:

  • Holder of ACCA level 2 in financial and management accounting.

  • Experience: minimum 3 years in business administrative & finance accounting.

  • General knowledge and understanding of accounting and finance principles.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.

  • Experience with start-ups is a plus.

  • A high level of Microsoft Excel management & understanding.

  • Proactive, meticulous.

  • Positive attitude and dedicate to work.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (French and English).

  • Solution oriented.

  • Self-motivated, resourceful, action-oriented, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Enjoy working with people and have the flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the business.

  • Excellent presentation, with a professional attitude.

  • Flexibility to work adjustable hours as necessary – during peak season.
