Join Gitto's Food Ltd as Administrative Assistant

Your responsibilities, in addition to the tasks outlined below, will include providing all administrative and practical support to the Company Supervisor.

You will be required to have some office work experience, as well as being familiar with MS Office Suite, and QuickBooks. The Company will provide on-site training.

References will be requested. 


  • Receptionist – dealing with, distribution, follow-up, for all incoming visitors, calls, emails, letters, and faxes

  • Sales Support – calling hotels and supermarkets and follow-up for orders

  • Orders Processing – overseeing process from receipt to delivery

  • Invoicing – reconciling with Clients’ Purchase Orders, processing via QB

  • Credit Notes – processed via QB, issued for returned goods

  • Updating Database – products, clients, suppliers, and service providers in QB

  • Filing/Archiving – commercial invoices and credit notes

  • Inventory – office stationery

  • Reports – issuing Weekly Sales Report from QB sales data

  • Company Cars – servicing, maintenance, repairs of company cars

  • Notices – communications with clients and suppliers

  • Petty Cash – managing small expense payments

  • General Assistance – helping out in other departments as/when required
