Helios Distribution Ltd is looking for a dynamic Administrative and Invoicing Clerk to join its team!

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in book-keeping.

  • Attend meetings and keep minutes.

  • Maintain an organised and efficient filing of documents.

  • Monitor office supplies.

  • Manage correspondence.

  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, while handling sensitive and confidential information.

  • Provide day to day administrative support to different departments.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 

  • HSC with accounting background.

  • At least four (4) years experience in general accounting or billing and administrative support.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: 

  • Administrative skills.

  • Data entry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.

  • Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Integrity and confidentiality.

  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
