Key responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
- Reception, validation, and recording of contracts and sales in compliance with deadlines and procedures.
- Prioritizing the verification of customer data.
- Ensure the completeness of Purchase Orders (POs) and sales contracts: new clients, new orders, options, upgrades, renewals (address, phone number, fax, portability, delivery address, etc.), and contacts (administrative manager).
- Issue customer invoices (subscriptions, service access fees, various services).
- Set up complex billing for large accounts and framework agreements.
- Issue credit notes.
- Handle customer cancellations.
- Monitor payment rejections.
- Track customer refunds.
- Manage customer relationships (handle information requests, disputes).

- Ensure that all contracts and sales are recorded, validated, and processed accurately within set deadlines.
- Achieve a 99% accuracy rate in the verification and completeness of customer data, including addresses, contacts, and contractual details.

Candidate Selection Criteria:
Proficiency in written and spoken French
Customer-oriented mindset
Strong internal and external interpersonal skills
Adaptability to the Sage X3 tool
Adherence to procedures
Ability to communicate professionally and consistently with internal departments and external partners
Strong analytical skills
2 years of experience in a similar role in sales administration and billing
