Key responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the processing of telecom service orders.
  • Validate and record orders, and input them into the supplier’s platform.
  • Ensure smooth order tracking: inform customers of appointments, work to be done, validate equipment production, and communicate the order status to customers step by step via emails and phone calls.
  • Confirm with customers the activation of telecom solutions.
  • Handle incoming calls related to order tracking and administrative requests: identify customer needs, provide reassurance, and effectively address any objections.
  • Follow up with customers on corrective actions to be taken, deadlines, and procedures to best address complaints, and inform customers by email of the actions being taken.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers.
  • Handle administrative requests.
