Your duties will be as follows:

Support document administration :

  • Support the team by scanning and uploading documents to e-file, sending documents to clients/insurers, and handling the weekly DHL courier despatch

  •  Maintain a log of all documents dispatched

  •  Help collect (+ scan and upload) KYC documents

  •  Help prepare marketing emails and communications

  •  Support the team by sending individual (company sent by RM) pre renewal communications

  • Prepare standard and non-standard renewal presentations

  •  Support the team by filing original hard copy documents

  •  Produce AWS membership packs including cards

  • Support the team by sorting documents in the weekly Bupa courier bag

Support system administration :

  • Process all initial renewal, midterm, and new business invoices

  •  Update report questions to default status in real time ensuring all data is captured correctly

  •  Correct erroneous commission rates posted by the team

  • Support the team by setting up and invoicing new business policies

  •  Produce monthly renewal spreadsheets

  •  Support the team by producing quotations, membership listings, or any other reports needed in renewal discussions

  •  Support the Team Lead and SRMs by generating and analysing reports

Support claims :

  • Liaise directly with the RM re claims submitted for reimbursement

  • Maintain a log of all claims received

  •  Log claims in the system

  •  Send claim documents to insurer

  •  Advise RM of process timeline (ie set expectations)

  •  Keep RM informed of where the claim is as it moves through the insurer process; if there are any delays investigate and chase on RM’s behalf

  •  Inform RM when insurer has paid the claim and update log

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS :

  • Diploma or University degree

  • At least 1 years’ experience in a customer service or Admin environment

  • Strong (interpersonal) communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Fluency in speaking English
