• Assisting in the preparation of correspondence, reports, submissions, and other documents.

  • Handling of phone calls, enquiries, and requests, in an appropriate manner.

  • Preparing presentations and/or provide general assistance on behalf of the Manager, where required.

  • Dealing with incoming emails, faxes and post, and where necessary corresponding on behalf of the Company.

  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.

  • Attending to customer queries, complaints and processing of payments

  • Supervising of Part Timers / New Staffs

  • Planning of tasks and activities for Part Timers/ New staffs

  • Preparing standing order and uploading in the system

  • Preparing and submitting of end of month reporting, quarterly reporting and year end reporting.

  • Performing Bank reconciliations

  • Performing banking

  • Attending to all queries and authorizations

  • Following up of mails received

  • Reconciliation and preparing of reports as and when required by management

  • Perform general office administrative duties.

  • Any other cognate duty assigned by management.
