FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR

The Front Office Supervisor will provide leadership, direction, supervision and motivation to the Front Office team as well as conduct and ensure that employees receive adequate and satisfactory on-the-job training. The ideal candidate should have with a minimum of 3 years experience in hotels or resorts as Receptionist or Guest Relation.

COOK (Pastry, Butcher, Baker)

Veranda Resorts is looking for a motivated and talented COOK (Pastry, Butcher, Baker) to perform preparation of food items as per standards of the hotel. The ideal candidate should have 2 – 3 years working experience as Assistant Cook with basic theoretical knowledge (secondary level – NTC 3 or equivalent) and/or prior professional experience.

FRONT OFFICE OFFICER

The Front Office Officer will offer guests a friendly and efficient service at all times and operates the telephone system as per standards and be responsible for the collection & verification of all revenues from different POS (for night audit).

HEAD OF STEWARDING

Under the supervision of the Kitchen Chef, the HEAD OF STEWARDING will be planning and co-ordinating the smooth and efficient operation of the Stewarding section on a daily basis as per Standards.

ASSISTANT OUTLET MANAGER

Veranda Resorts is looking for an Assistant Outlet Manager who will be assisting the Outlet Manager in managing the outlet as a profit center and ensure guest satisfaction through planning, organising and controlling the F&B operations in the outlet as per Standards.

COST CONTROLLER

The Cost Controller will be assisting the Head Internal Controller in managing all revenues and costs items for the Operational Departments of the hotel and supervise physical inventories. The ideal candidate should be a Higher School Certificate holder with Accounting and Mathematics at “A” Level or equivalent.

OUTLET MANAGER

The Outlet Manager being looked for by Veranda Resorts should be a person who serves as the captain of hospitality company staff with goals like providing exceptional customer service. The candidate should be highly motivated and committed with great management and organizational skills.

STEWARD

Veranda Leisure & Hospitality is seeking for a passionate and authentic professional dedicated to a service of excellence for the post of STEWARD. The ideal candidate should have a basic theoretical knowledge (Form III) with no prior experience required.

CHEF DE PARTIE

Veranda Resorts is looking for a CHEF DE PARTIE who will be supervising activities in section of kitchen to ensure efficient preparation of food as per Standards. The ideal candidate should have 3 years’ experience in hotels as DCDP and be a School Certificate (Form 5) level holder or equivalent.

HEAD GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER

Veranda Leisure and Hospitality is looking for a HEAD GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER who will offer guests a friendly and efficient service at all times, as per standards. The ideal candidate should be a School Certificate (Form 5) level holder or equivalent with professional training and experience.
