Pastry Cook

To perform preparation work for food items for Pastry outlet and actively participates in the pastry area of the Kitchen/Pastry Department.

Security Officer (On a casual basis)

To perform protection and enforcement functions rapidly and courteously, to take appropriate action and report immediately to superiors any potential or imminent safety/security problem to resolve.

Bartender

To prepare beverages whether alcoholic or non-alcoholic; cold or hot and maintain appealing display, cleanliness, order, set-up and “mise en place” of the different bars, and to deliver professional and friendly service to guests as per the Hotel’s standards.

Bar Waiter

A Bar Waiter is meant to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all of our customers, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers.

Waiter( F&B Commis)

Assisting waiter/tress in the preparation and service of food and beverage within the service standards established by the Hotel leading to guest satisfaction and zero complains.

Night Cook

To perform preparation work for food items for the various outlets and actively participates in all food production areas of the Kitchen Department.

Executive Housekeeper

The Assistant Executive Housekeeper supervises and coordinates activities of room attendant, house attendant, public area cleaners and floor supervisors. He / She assists in the managing and directing of the day–to–day operations of all Housekeeping functions.

MINI CLUB HOSTESS

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB To take care of all the children entrusted to him/her and to organise suitable activities for them. He/She has to report to the Head of Entertainment. He/She may be required to fulfil auxiliary duties as per requested.
