Guest Relations Officer

The Guest Relations Officer is responsible to look after the guests and therefore organising their reservations, arrivals, in house stay, requests and departures. She/he is also responsible to participate in all Hotel Services offered to the guests by displaying accurate, updated relevant information.

Mini Bar Attendant

The Mini Bar Attendant is responsible to maintain proper levels of inventory in guest room mini bars so as to ensure guests’ satisfaction. He properly stores and secures all mini bar inventory and supplies at all times.

Night Auditor

The Night Auditor has the main responsibility to verify and ensure the correctness of entries on PMS and prepare reports for various hotel departments.

The Night Auditor is also responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit Work.

Spa Receptionist

To take 100% responsibility, ownership and do whatever is required to provide a truly memorable experience for guest and fulfill the duties as a team member at the spa at Constance Le Prince Maurice. The Spa Receptionist is responsible for the guest’s first impression and for handling their reservation and related recommendations.

Cashier Cum Order Taker

The Order Taker / Cashier is responsible under the general guidance and supervision of the Assistant In Room Dining Manager and In Room Dining Manager to take all guests orders.

Chef de Partie (Main Kitchen)

The Chef de Partie assists the Sous Chef to lead, manage and organize all requirements for his respective Kitchen to the highest standards and in accordance to the standard operating procedures as emanated by the Executive Chef.

Driver/Porter

The Porter Driver has the main responsibility to enhance the customers experience and exceed guest exceptions by providing them with an outstanding first and last impression.

His main duty is to drive guests around the resort using club cars/rickshaws carefully and in line with Hotel’s policies and regulations. He is also responsible to deliver messages, luggage and parcels to guests.

Hr Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a very important role within the Human Resources function of the organisation. The Person needs to work in close collaboration with the Human Resources and Talent Development Manager with regards to all administrative work and helps to contribute to the overall efficiency of the strategic function of the department. The person shall also need to be fully responsible for payroll, administrative tasks and other specific projects in the resort whenever required.

Kitchen Commis

The Kitchen Commis is responsible of all precooking and cooking of dishes for all hotels’ outlets.

SAFETY & HEALTH OFFICER

To ensure the implementation of and compliance with corporate Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards, resort EHS program, improve EHS performance, and ensure resort procedures are aligned with governmental regulations.
