Assistant Human Resource Manager

The Assistant Human Resources Manager holds a position of tactical importance within the organisation. He/ She seconds the Human Resources and Talent Development Manager in the efficient and effective running of the HR function and also contributes to the recruitment strategy through monitoring the resourcing processes.

He/ She provides relevant data to the Management of the hotel – GM, RM and HOD’s in all personnel related matters and controls for decision making, and more specifically in the recruitment process.

He/ She can also, from time to time, deputise for the HR & Talent Development Manager to represent the hotel in various Labour forums and instances, (Ministry of Employment and Industrial Relations, Courts of Justice, etc.)

Bar Maid

The Barman / Barmaid position is to extend service in a professional, efficient and timely fashion and defining guest expectations. This in addition to a friendly, going extra mile and helpful demeanor will ensure guest satisfaction.

The Barman / Barmaid will be expected to communicate with their co-workers, supervisor and management team to ensure service and bar operation runs smoothly. The overall knowledge of different aspects of the hotel will enable him/her to answer any questions the guests may have.

Chef de Cuisine

The Chef de Cuisine is under the general guidance and supervision of the Executive Chef, and works within the requirements established by Constance Belle Mare Plage policies and procedures to enhance the customers experience and exceed guest expectations by overseeing and directing all aspects of the kitchen operations as required.

Chef de Rang

The Chef de rang directly assists the Outlet Manager or any of his representatives in supervising and coordinating the staff. He is responsible of the outlet in the absence of the Assistant Outlet Manager and the Outlet Manager.

Chinese Chef

The Chinese Chef is under the general guidance and supervision of the Executive Sous Chef, and works within the requirements established by Constance Belle Mare Plage policies and procedures to enhance the customers experience and exceed guest expectations by overseeing and directing all aspects of the kitchen operations as required, especially with regards to the Asian corner of all outlets.

Guest Service Assistant – Italian Specialist

The Guest Service Assistant Is Responsible For A Smooth Check-In, Provides Efficient And Friendly Service Throughout The Guests’ Stay And Ensuring A High Standard Of Customer Service. The Guest Service Assistant Welcomes Guest Or Any Visitor Who Comes At Hotel In An Elegant Way And Directs Them Properly.

Restaurant Hostess

The Restaurant Hostess coordinates activities of dining room personnel to provide fast and courteous service to guests. She schedules dining reservations and arranges parties or special services for diners. She greets guests, escorts them to tables, and provides menus. She adjusts complaints of guests, assigns work tasks and coordinates activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service.
