Chef de Rang

Receive instruction from Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager and Supervisor concerning the daily planning and organization of the restaurant.

Barman

Prepares alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and serves at bar counter, flying bars and during outside catering functions. Ensures food service as well at the Bar areas.

Beach Waiter

Take over charge of bars from outgoing barman, checking accuracy of stock, following the handling over procedures established by the hotel.

Valet

Clean guest rooms, meeting rooms, lobbies and other common areas of the Hotel.

Cook

Season and cook food according to recipes. • Remember multiple orders and any special requests.

Assistant Cook

Consult the Kitchen Chef to plan menus, taking into consideration factors such as cost and special event needs.

Temporary Valet

Clean guest rooms, meeting rooms, lobbies and other common areas of the Hotel.
