The Business Account Manager is passionate about SaaS and the digital sector. He/She has a strong leadership mindset and thrive to manage a talented team in a fast evolving and challenging environment. He/She has a strong acumen for KPIs and data driven decision making. He/She is comfortable to interact with client on various subject matters.
- Ensuring the satisfaction of the team portfolio of clients is achieved,
- Lead a team of Business Account Specialists through their daily challenges,
- Assist the team in respect of setting priority and following processes,
- Follow team KPIs and ensure objectives are achieved,
- Compile accounts data in dashboard to present to upper management,
- Manage one or more account with client relationship, and account operation within the platform,
- Ensuring the close monitoring of renewing projects for team portfolio,
- Maintaining a strong alignment with the Account Manager team,
- Ensuring a perfect billing flow with a strong collaboration with the finance team,
- Ensuring continuous improvement of our sales administration processes as we value your feedback to improve the way we deliver value to our clients,
- Manage the onboarding of new commers in his/her team according to processes,
- Propose improvement in team processes, onboarding, and platform improvement,
- Any other support that is needed to fulfill a business need.
Profile:
- Enthusiastic with great interpersonal skills and with a positive attitude,
- Proven leadership experience of 3 years with mid size team,
- You like solving problems and are detail oriented,
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English (a 3rd language is a plus,)
- A minimum of 6 years in Customer Support, Sales administration or any related Service field,
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working within digital products environment, like e-commerce, marketplace or SaaS,
- A degree or more in Communication, Management, IT, Business or similar fields
- Able to tackle complexity and pay attention to details, accentuate an analytical mind,
- Experience with interaction with a digital product team a plus,
- You enjoy working in a team as well as independently.
