PASTA MAKER MACHINE OPERATOR

Pasta & Pasta is a pasta factory in Mauritius that produces a range of authentic and fresh Italian pasta. We are looking for a Pasta Maker Machine Operator to join the team and who will be creating fresh batches of pasta daily to be sold in the market and served in restaurants.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Make pasta according to Pasta & Pasta recipes and high-quality standards.
• Mix of various doughs according to recipes
• Weigh and package pasta.
• Ensure all items are rotated to First In First Out (FIFO) standards.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area that meets Department of Health standards.
• Help with cleaning of designated areas.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
