DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide customers with accurate quotations and ensure the follow up.
  • Act as the first point of contact for our reseller partners.
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries and provide product and service information to potential customers.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate products and solutions.
  • Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Manage reseller accounts and maintain accurate records of sales activity.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Continuously seek out new sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Profile:
  • At least 1 year experience in sales preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Diploma or BSc Management or any other relevant qualification.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products and services is a plus.

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:

  • Highly proficient in written and spoken French and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - (active listening skill, show empathy, relationship building skill).
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Time management.
