DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide customers with accurate quotations and ensure the follow up.
- Act as the first point of contact for our reseller partners.
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries and provide product and service information to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate products and solutions.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Manage reseller accounts and maintain accurate records of sales activity.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Continuously seek out new sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Profile:
- At least 1 year experience in sales preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Diploma or BSc Management or any other relevant qualification.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products and services is a plus.
COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:
- Highly proficient in written and spoken French and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills - (active listening skill, show empathy, relationship building skill).
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Analytical skills.
- Time management.
