SALES REPRESENTATIVE

A company specialising in frozen food is seeking a salesman / driver to sell company goods and merchandise. The responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, informing regular customers of new products, and meeting sales targets. The salesman will also responsible to deliver orders and collect payments.

Main Duties:

Sell and promote a wide range of Frozen products
Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone.
Perform field visit as per established routings.
Deliver high quality standards of customer service.
Meeting sales targets.
Collecting customer payments in a timely manner.
Ensure all customer data integrity is continually updated and correct.
Promoting new products and any special deals.
Advising customers about delivery schedules and make necessary arrangements so that delivery process runs smoothly.
Recording orders and sending details to the sales office.
Giving feedback on sales trends.
