Missions:
- Responsible for meeting and assisting all guests courteously and professionally upon their arrivals, during their stay to their departures from the hotel.
- Appear confident, well groomed, dressed in a smart casual manner
- Excellent command of the English language
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and time management with the ability to set priorities
- Personality: warm, pleasant and Self-motivated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as a minimum
Profile:
Essential:
- Qualifications: SC
- Experience: 1 year experience as Receptionist
- Personal Qualities: Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure
Desirable:
- Qualifications: HSC
- Experience: 2 years as Receptionist
- Personal Qualities: A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Additional Skill required: Computer knowledge and experience in MS programs
