Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for meeting and assisting all guests courteously and professionally upon their arrivals, during their stay to their departures from the hotel.
  • Appear confident, well groomed, dressed in a smart casual manner
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and time management with the ability to set priorities
  • Personality: warm, pleasant and Self-motivated
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as a minimum
Profile:

Essential:

  • Qualifications: HSC
  • Experience: 2 years as Receptionist
  • Personal Qualities: A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Additional Skill required: Computer knowledge and experience in MS programs
