Missions:

  • To assist reporting line in implementation of a food management system
  • To ensure food safety implementation
  • To establish and promote a food safety culture with all related departments
  • To be responsible for ensuring overall hygiene activities in the food production areas
  • To follow up on SGS audits
  • To evaluate the corrective actions  to be taken for the non-conformance noted during the audit, with a constant monitoring through a detailed action plan.
  • To monitor and check the personal hygiene conditions & working habits of the staff
  • To propose and conduct a training on relevant topics of food safety
Profile:

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Food Hygiene or equivalent education /experience required
  • Minimum of two years experience required
  • Planning organizing and implementation skills ..... Good Managerial Styles
