- Prepare monthly financial statements and year end accounts.
- Review postings of supplier invoices for local purchases.
- Prepare and review costing and purchase orders for imported goods.
- Prepare and upload annual returns for year end on MNS.
- Maintenance of FAR and depreciation of FAR.
- Review of petty cash invoices.
- Assist in year-end stock count.
- Review import bills.
- Analysis of expenditure.
- Statutory return.
Profile:
- Minimum ACCA Level 1
- Minimum of 5 years working experience
- Knowledge of software SAGE Pastel would be a definite advantage
- Good computer literacy
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluent in written English and French
