GENERAL MISSIONS
He carries out all his missions in compliance with internal procedures and legal framework:

CARRY OUT IMPLEMENTATION

• Respect time schedule & apply the task schedule
• Participate in the reception of laundry, consumables and PMH at the restaurant
• Set up tables, consoles and sideboards
• Set up buffets and equipment distribution points
• Supply and commission beverage vending machines

PROVIDE THE VARIOUS SERVICES

• Provide services in accordance with standards
• Welcome and guide clients during the service
• Clearing and preparation of tables
• Supply the distribution points for equipment and drinks during services
• Promote and serve wine
• Maintain, store and clean the console or service area at all times
• Clean tables, chairs during and after services
• Clean buffets after services
• Clean the restaurant, premises and equipment after each service
• Take care of the equipment and PMH, avoid breakage
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Personalize relationship with the client and process their requests; help/refer clients in difficulty

 

Profile:

He welcomes GMs and sets up tables and buffets in compliance with HACCP standards & norms. He performs cleaning before and after the service. According to GM, he offers a professional, personalized and friendly service
