Missions :
  • Initialize and manage relationships with customers.
  • Selling a 360-degree solution to travel (air ticket, car rental, visa, protocol service, hotel, etc…) using solid arguments to prospective customers (B2B and B2C).
  • Be responsible of contacting a portfolio of client, while enriching it with new ones.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Schedules appointments and meetings.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Answers questions from clients.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Maintaining client records.
Profile:

• Minimum diploma in Marketing, Sales or any related field.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a Sales, Marketing or any client facing role.
• Previous experience in a travel agency or an airline company would be a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality.
• Fluent in French (compulsory) and English (oral and written).
• Possess a valid driving license (manual compulsory).
• Good presentation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge using Salesforce will be an advantage.
• Flexible to work on Saturdays (half day).
• Good team player.
