• As a technical integrator, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of our SaaS CX Management solution (collection of consumer data via personalised and multi-channel questionnaires, data analysis, targeting, activation), from deployment to operation for all requests from our clients.
  • You will contribute to the set up of the solution but also to its maintenance in the IT system of our clients in the banking, automotive,…
  • You will work in tandem with the Functional Consultant to evaluate the client’s needs and then set up the solution.
  • Understanding and framing the client’s needs in collaboration with the Technical Consultant.
  • Setting up and configuring our platform Setting up/configuring new questionnaires/campaigns
  • Setting up the sending, collection and alert system for email/sms surveys Configuring the reception of flows and dashboards
  • Modifications to surveys in progress Evolving/upgrading existing client configurations Managing the marketing/quota pressure
  • Carrying out integration tests Data maintenance, Technical support for our clients in the use of our platform Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience in the configuration of SaaS solutions
  • Basic computer programming
  • Basic FTP operation
  • Basic level in HTML/CSS
  • Knowledge of Javascript
  • Advanced use of Excel
  • Master Excel functions (internal language based on the syntax of Excel formulas)
  • English Knowledge of : ETL (DSL based on MS Excel)
  • Configuration of external connectors (Salesforce / restAPI / API MS_translator / etc)
  • Implementation of SSO And more generally: Rigour, methodology and speed
  • Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
