• Identify and propose new solutions to meet customers’ needs and make the process more fluid
  • Collect needs, refine them, challenge them by evaluating the relevance of the request in relation to the various business lines, partners and users
  • Determine, write and prioritise the User Stories with the technical teams
  • Coordinating the various teams involved in the project
  • Ensuring the conformity of deliveries
  • Monitor the project, progress report, schedule
  • Build and maintain functional product documentation
  • Optimise internal and external customer journeys based on results and opportunities
  • Degree Holder
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant experiences
  • Level of experience required: 3-5 years
  • Strong capacity for analysis and synthesis to quickly understand the strategy of the client company, its organization, its business lines and its challenges
  • Ability to argue its proposals / studies in order to convince and attract support.
  • Good listening and communication skills, with all levels of interlocutor
  • Mastery of agile methodology (PO certification would be a plus)
  • Strong Web/Digital knowledge and sensitivity
  • Sensitivities to the themes of design and user ergonomics
