Our Client, with more than 30 years of experience in the refrigeration sector is looking to expand its activities and is looking for its future Solar Business Development Manager.

As Solar Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible to develop the solar business on the local market by executing the strategic plan approved by the Management.

Your missions will be, inter alia :

1.Strategic Business Development  

  • Develop, plan, and execute Solar project sales by executing business development campaigns in the local market.
  • Implement contact plans with customers, develop and draft project proposals, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to analyse available data and propose solar solutions.
  • Identify and develop sites that will support solar opportunities.

2. Customer Relations & Management  

  • Identify, develop, and maintain key relationships with the strategic partners.
  • Develop strong working relationships with the project funders and its investment managers.
  • Develop strong working relationships with the project funders and its investment managers.


  • Implement marketing initiatives in the solar markets and storage markets.


  • Establish excellent relationships with local governments and other industry stakeholders.


  • Manage the Legal and Technical due diligence process with the support of the legal team. Any other cognate duties.

  • Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental or Technical.
  • 5 years’ working experience in a similar business environment.
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Strategic relationship builder with both internal/external project stakeholders demonstrating personal integrity with a win/win mindset.
  • Successful at building and implementing customer acquisition plans.
  • Technical understanding of renewable technologies.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and French.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, prospecting, analytical, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Holder of a valid driving license and a passport.
