As an HR Executive you will be playing a key role in the strategic change of our organization.
Your missions will be, inter alia :

  • Human Capital Development / Recruitment and Selection
  • Strategic HRM : accompany the MD in the implementation of strategic plan in line with Talent Needs
  • HR Operations : ensure all HR operations are managed with zero occurrences (errors in payroll/errors in HR files/Leave Management)

  • People Performance Evaluation/Management

Profile:
  • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR with a similar level and scope of responsibilities
  • Confident user of MS Office (with advanced knowledge of Excel), payroll and performance management systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Collaborative working style
  • Able to deliver quality outcomes on time, in a dynamic, diverse and fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical thinker who is confident in collating and interpreting HR data to make recommendations for HR decisions and strategy
  • Well-founded knowledge of Employment law, regulations and procedures, with a keen interest to keep abreast of developments in the industry
  • Enjoys hands-on involvement in all HR operational matters but know how to take a step back to implement new processes
  • Passionate about continuous improvement
