Your duties will be as follows :

  • Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will participate to the sales activities by accompanying the Sales Executives to meetings.
  • Participate in preparing presentations, proposals, and samples according to the clients’ needs and requirements.
  • Cooperating in projects with the clients to ensure complete satisfaction and payment in due date.
  • Preparing quotes to send to clients.
  • Following up with the Graphic Designers that the production samples are produces according to clients’ brand guidelines, and within agreed time frame.
  • Preparing CRM reports on customers’ needs and requirements, and activities of the competition.
Profile:

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES :

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Speaking and writing French and English is a requirement.
  • A previous experience in Marketing or Event or a Digital role.
