Our client is a company specialising in finance and democratising access to finance for SMEs by connecting the business and the investor.
The Business Development Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process for our SME financing business, from generating SME leads and preparing the sales memo, to post-approval.
- Become an expert in our financial products and their use cases
- Build strong relationships with borrowers & deliver a positive client experience
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for our SME lending business
- Set and meet monthly revenue /disbursement targets
- At least 5 years of experience in SME lending or B2B sales.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong performance track record of meeting sales targets
- Proactive attitude, able to originate loans directly
- You are commercially driven with an inner attitude to improve
- You are able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- You are comfortable and curious about technology and digital sales tools
