We are looking to recruit a passionate and energetic Graphic Designer to assist the Manager Cultural Development & Communication in the development and implementation of integrated communication campaigns to promote our activities. The incumbent will also support in the delivery of first-rate PR campaigns in view of building and maintaining strong relationship with the media.


  • Administer our website and ensure website content is updated systematically to guarantee brand visibility
  • Generate social media content and other communication materials that deliver consistent
    messages which can impact the brand
  • Follow analytical tools to keep up to date with the market and competition trend to maintain competitive edge
  • Incorporate current design trends into each pole of our activities unique layout to produce an up to date communication style in line with our company graphical charter
  • Create clients’ visual aids and supports using appealing graphics that are well organized
  • Participate in the review of existing educational tools to enhance the visitor’s experience and make their visit as knowledgeable as possible
  • Work closely with the sales & marketing department to develop marketing tools, advertising
    materials and communication campaigns to promote our site

  • BA in Digital Media, Communication or any related field
  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar position
  • Well versed with Adobe InDesign and hands on experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Knowledge of Mac OS and software upgrades and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Photography and video skills
  • Open to constructive criticism and customer feedback
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work in cross functional teams and be a good team player with the capacity to flourish in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment with a good eye for details
