BDO Solutions Ltd is a growing Business Services & Outsourcing company which provides a range of offshore services from Financial Due Diligence,  and Accounting to IT Infrastructure support. We are currently looking for Corporate Finance Analyst, to join our growing team.

  • Compile, cleanse and restructure financial information to produce high-quality Excel datapacks for due diligence purposes.
  • Ensure quality of the datapacks is maintained by performing checks in terms of formula accuracy, internal consistency and formatting.
  • Assist with other value-added services provided to Corporate Finance teams as instructed by Senior Analyst and above.
  • Assist other departments (Assurance, Accounts preparation, Bookkeeping) within BDO Solutions when required


Job Requirements: 

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or partly ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified
  • 1-2 years' experience in Accounting/Audit/Finance is a plus

Skills Requirements: 

  • Detail oriented and sensitive to numbers
  • Computer literacy - Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to work odd hours when required
