Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant, who will perform site and study administrative services inclusive of Controlled Document management, Test Item/Investigational Veterinary Product management and Archiving.

Prepare and manage employee information folders.

  • Administrative management of controlled documents (CDs).
  • Implementation of effective CDs on site in collaboration with assigned staff members.
  • Prepare, manage and implement matrix for staff training.
  • Test Item (TI)/Investigational Veterinary Product (IVP) management.
  • Manage restricted access control for blinded study documentation.
  • Serve as secretary of the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC).
  • Manage and maintain the equipment inventory.
  • Coordinate equipment calibration to ensure valid calibration/verification certificates.
  • Perform quality control checks on documents and records.
  • Manage and maintain the process of organising, indexing, storing, retrieving and disposition of critical documents and records.
  • Maintain conditions which minimize deterioration of archived materials
  • At least a Higher School Certificate (HSC), with a Science (Biology) and Maths background
  • Up to 3 years of experience in an administrative position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Outlook, MS
  • Teams and Office 365.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to proficiently speak, read and write in English.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
