The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all customers in the UK by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of Nova Horizon Group services and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.
Ø Manage large amounts of external phone calls per day
Ø Generate sales leads
Ø Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Ø Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Ø Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Ø Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Ø · Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Ø Must be fluent in English
Ø · Track record of over-achieving quota
Ø · Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Ø · Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Ø · Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ø · Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ø · Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
