Design Studio Coordinator

Profile:

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ​
​
Research Task -  To be able to intergrade and support creative team in the marketing department​
Traffic Coordination - Allocation of jobs to Creative team in respect to their planning​
Production Coordination with procurement - Keeping track of jobs with procurement in respect to the design/creation department. Making sure deadlines are being respected in terms of quotes, POs, production requests and installation/implementation with Ops.​
Invoicing Coordination - Coordination between finance dept, marketing & supplier regarding quotes, invoice, payment follow-ups (photograph, videograph, artists etc)

YOUR QUALITIES: ​
​
· Communicate effectively both in English and French​
· Hands-on approach to all operational aspects​
· Knowledge of computerized energy management, and control systems.​
· Ability to troubleshoot controllers for proper function.​
· Knowledge of instrumentation of metering and sensing devices.​
· Ability to develop innovations that solve difficult technical problems.​
· Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and database exploitation; and proficiency in other Microsoft Office software(Word, PowerPoint as a minimum.​
· Good analytical skills for impact assessment
