As an SAP-wonder, you will be assigned and trained to cover below areas:

Roles and responsibilities:

Individual contributor as a part of a team and/or lead of a small team of developers (up to 5 team members) delivering SAP RICEFW code in a SAP implementation or maintenance project
Collaborating with functional teams to understand the requirements and development the objects in SAP ABAP for HANA
Autonomously delivering SAP RICEFW objects of low to high complexity
Ensuring all tasks are completed in budget and schedule as per the client’s requirements
Ensuring supervisor updated and aware of any risks pertaining to assigned tasks promptly
Providing required support to Integration and UAT testing phases to functional teams
Providing technical support to the end users in the form of troubleshooting guidelines and modifications to the system after it has been put in production
Training, coaching and supervision of more junior SAP developers in the team
Fixing any bugs that creep into any old or new code on the delivered SAP system
Interacts within own team and with direct supervisor.
Keep well-written records describing how the software works, any special configurations, and how to troubleshoot


At least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Applied Computing or any related IT fields
Experience of at least 2 SAP implementation project as SAP application developer/lead in the recent 3 to 5 years
4+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development including at least 2 years on SAP ABAP for HANA
Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication in French (written and oral) and interpersonal skill.
Proven coaching and supervision skills.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
A high degree of solution and service orientation
Ability to work under pressure.
