Your LittleBig responsibilities:

• Ensuring the satisfaction of your portfolio of clients is achieved.
• Creating and validating new projects (verifying and validating the correct configuration of
supplier and client profiles, validating legal documents, receiving and processing Purchase
Orders)
• Maintaining close monitoring on renewing projects following the reception of Purchase Order
• Ensuring Suppliers and Clients validate timesheets and fixing potential issues.
• Maintaining a strong alignment with the Account Manager
• Ensuring a perfect billing flow with a strong collaboration with finance team
• Promoting continuous improvement in sales administration processes through valuable feedback
• Fulfilling any other support that is needed to meet business needs.

Profile:

Candidate Profile:

• You're enthusiastic about your work & have great interpersonal skills along with positive
attitude.
• You enjoy solving problems & pay keen attention towards details.
• You have excellent oral & written communication skills in French and English (knowledge of a
3rd language is a plus)
• You possess minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Support or any related Service field
(preferably for digital products)
• You hold degree or more in Communication, Management, IT, Business or similar fields
• Ability to tackle complexity and pay attention to details with an analytical mind
• You enjoy working both independently as well as part of team.
