• Provide technical support to users at Level 1
  • Identify, repair, and resolve technical issues related to computers, software, printers, and mobile devices
  • Perform hardware setup, maintenance, software installation, and activate company mobile devices
  • Available to do the on call duty during the weekend (rotating with other team members)

  • At least 1 -5 year(s) of experience in user support, helpdesk support
  • Experience with hardware and software support, Apple devices and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Good knowledge of MDM Apple (Jamf) would be a plus. Training will be provided*
  • Knowledge of Linux would be a plus
  • Proficient in hardware troubleshooting and maintenance, software and patches deployment, as well as ticketing tools
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team, a good team player
  • Proactive with a positive attitude and customer service skills
  • ***Fluency in French is required
  • Good English communication skills would be an advantage (Not mandatory)
  • ***Working Hours - 4PM-Midnight CET
