• Record, classify, and enter financial transactions into excel
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure complete accuracy
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Address customer / supplier inquiries regarding accounting-related matters
  • Make data and/or ledger entries and process accounting transactions
  • Keep financial records updated and ensure accuracy of all transactions
  • Update Bank Account statement in Excel
Profile:
  • Proficiency in Excel, with advanced knowledge of various tools and functions.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Prior experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred, but not mandatory. Relevant work experience will be considered.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and a proactive attitude.
  • Availability to start immediately is required.
