Finance Officer / Account Clerk
- Record, classify, and enter financial transactions into excel
- Reconcile accounts to ensure complete accuracy
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Address customer / supplier inquiries regarding accounting-related matters
- Make data and/or ledger entries and process accounting transactions
- Keep financial records updated and ensure accuracy of all transactions
- Update Bank Account statement in Excel
Profile:
- Proficiency in Excel, with advanced knowledge of various tools and functions.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Prior experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred, but not mandatory. Relevant work experience will be considered.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and a proactive attitude.
- Availability to start immediately is required.
