ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE & SALES SUPPORT (H/F)
Our client, Santé Wellness International sells top of range sports equipment mainly in the B to B sector but can also sell to individuals.
Accounts Receivable:
- Ensuring that all functions related to Accounts Receivable are up to date with accuracy and timeous reporting
- Raise AR Invoices for deposits and new equipment sales
- Raising and Closing of Job Cards
- Review Customer Accounts for accuracy and effect required corrections where required
- Draft Statement of Accounts and updates to reflect the relevant currencies, and forward to Customers for payment
- Do debtors reconciliations and follow-up and finalise any reconciling items
- Debt collection, including long outstanding debt
- Report back to management on outstanding AR
Sales support:
- To assist the Sales Staff in administrative functions
- Support New Equipment Sales Quotes
- Ensure that all the necessary documentation is in order and properly filed in the company central repository
- Support sales staff with Sales Quotes, Sales Orders and other administration
- Support Marketing activities
- Customer liaise including query follow up to resolution
Statutory Submissions
- Capture and submit monthly VAT submission
- Capture and submit monthly TDS submission
General office support
- Perform other accounting and general office support as requested by management
- Respect of Technogym cultural model, company policies and procedures, compliant to Corporate Governance
Profile:
- Higher School Certificate with accounting and / or mathematics as a major subjects
- Post high school accounting Qualification
- All aspects of the full Accounts Receivable, including 2 – 3 years’ experience
- Customer Care
- Monthly statutory returns
- Sales support
- International transactions working in different currencies
- ERP accounting system
- Computer literacy including: advanced level, MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint - ERP software such as SAP
- Competent with accounting principles
- High communication skills
- Communicating courteously with customers and colleagues by telephone, email, letter and face to face
- Fluent in English – written and spoken
- Fluent in either Creole or French - written and spoken
- Team player and being able to motivate staff
