After Sales Engineer

Responsible for after-sales technical service and maintenance of products, and solve difficult problems for customers on site.

1. Take on maintenance job at the importers, repair returned products and make failure analysis records.

2. Familiar with products’ functions and advantages, and be able to operate proficiently; Keep up to date with new products, and be responsible for the management and maintenance of common products.

3. Serve for after-sales maintenance, guide end customers to use products correctly, solve common problems, deal with customers’ technical complaints, timely feedback results to customers and make regular visits.

4. Propose improvement suggestions of products to the technical department of the headquarters based on the complaint summary and marketing feedback, coordinate and formulate plans to improve products’ quality.
