• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
  • Inform and advise clients as needed and answer questions to the best of your ability.
  • Work towards creating an interactive and safe environment for all guests.
  • Conduct tours and/ or visits.
  • Build and maintain a good knowledge of the Château and the history of Domaine de Labourdonnais.
  • Invite and encourage customers to complete the entire visit and to stop by La Boutique du Château.
  • Host leisure activities such as visit of la petite ferme, blind tasting, tasting, rum making, treasure hunts and other similar events.
  • Look after the maintenance and cleanliness of the château and inform the Supervisor if there is any shortcoming.
  • Help at La boutique du Château or at ticketing when needed.
  • Manage complaints, if any, in a professional manner.
  • Assist during events when needed.
  • Perform any other cognate duties as assigned.
  • Customer Service
  • Promote positive customer experience by ensuring that the Château and its facilities (including toilets) are kept clean at all times.
  • Ensure customers are satisfied by the products and service by regularly requesting feedback and seeking their opinions.
  • Ensure a good relationship with customers at all times.
  • Work as part of the team to ensure achievement of targets and quality service.
