INDOOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Spartan Bizcorp is a top-tier international distribution company of Consumer-Packaged Goods. Headquartered in Singapore, with 9 subsidiary offices across the globe and now in Mauritius at Quartier des Serres, Mapou. Spartan Bizcorp, works with reputed brands such as Nestle and Unilever.
The Indoor sales representative
- Markets and sells our products to international clients
- Identifies and develops approved export markets overseas
- Develops and expands customer base
Responsibilities :
- Identifies present customers and potential customers
- Calls customers to ascertain needs and interests
- Prepares quotes, send it to clients, follow up with them for feedback and close orders
- Submit orders to the Operations Team and monitors to completion – Update clients weekly on the status of their orders
- Follow up with clients for payment – Send shipping documents to clients for their confirmation
- Follows up with customers’ re-orders and shipping
- Travel to visit export customers or for participation at Trade Shows (once per year)
- Utilizes account history in order to push for reorders so as to maximize sales
- Get feedback from clients if quotes are not converted to sales and provide competitor feedback to the Purchasing team so that we can
- work on our pricing
- Track Sales monthly so as to reach personal targets
- Maintain export customer database
- Performs other related duties as required by the function
Profile:
- Experience in Export Sales would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Shipping incoterms and documents
- Knowledge of selling techniques
- Excellent Customer Relationships skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly motivated to succeed
- Languages known: English (mandatory), French and/or Hindi (bonus)
