We are seeking an experience professional to lead this department and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our company.

POSITION OVERVIEW: 

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead our newly established FPA department. This is an unique opportunity to build and develop the FPA function from the ground up, working closely with our executive team to drive financial strategy and decision-making. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, and will be instrumental in guiding our organization to new heights of financial performance.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES: 

  • Establish and Lead the FPA Department: Build, develop and manage the FPA department, setting clear objectives and strategies to ensure financial success.
  • Financial Strategy: Collaborate with Group CFO to develop the company’s financial strategy and provide valuable insights to optimize financial performance.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, providing accurate financial projections and analysis. Develop rolling forecasts to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly assess financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Financial Reporting: Produce high-quality financial reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate financial results and insights to the executive team and board of directors.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather data and insights, fostering a collaborative and data-driven culture.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the FPA function.
Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and curious individuals with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting and budgeting.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools – knowledge of SAP/SAGE/BFC/PBC is a plus;
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
