SALES MANAGER
The right candidate will be responsible for :
1/welcoming and understanding clients’ needs in order to offer the best service while maximizing sales.
2/also responsible to develop our portfolio of customers in Mauritius ( private and BtoB) but also in the region Seychelles, Madagascar…
3/helping our consultants to increase their portfolios and meet their budgets every months
You will have to be creative and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate should have a positive attitude to work, be self-motivated and enjoying working with people.
Our ideal candidate will be driven to achieve sales in a high end market and excellent communication skills.
Profile:
- Highly motivated, customer service-oriented, well-organized, good presentation, and endowed with great communication skills & Fast learner ( willing to learn quickly)
- Strong interest in the furniture , decor and luxury sector
- A degree/diploma in Business , Sales , Marketing...
- Very good knowledge in MS Office
- Successful experience of at least 2 to 5 years in similar position/field.
- English and French speaking
- Driving license .
- Able to travel.
