A receptionist position involves being the face and voice of a company while coordinating communication between our customers/visitors and employees.
You must demonstrate excellent telephone skills and attention to detail required by the nature of the business. Educational requirements for this position include a minimum of an SC with French and English.
To be the first to attend all incoming calls.
To transfer all incoming calls to the relevant department or person.
Always make sure that any message to any employer in the Company is well noted and delivered to the person immediately or within a reasonable time frame.
To monitor the reception area and make sure that it is always clean and tidy.
To welcome clients and any other person professionally.
To assist the secretary in administrative duties upon request.
To perform any cognate duties as and when required.
Knowledge of real estate would be an advantage.
At least 1 year of experience as a Receptionist in real estate would be a huge plus. – OPTIONAL
Minimum SC with French and English languages
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Living in the North (vicinity of Grand Baie)
Verbal Communication( French / English)
Able to maintain professional confidentiality.
Interest in real estate would be a good advantage
Salary range Rs 11,000 – Rs 13,000+ transport.
