Mauritius-based Meridian Group operates across Malawi, Mozambique, Zambia and Zimbabwe. We are looking to recruit an accounts clerk to assist in finance department for its Mauritius based team.


  • Process Bank Transactions daily and proceed with Bank Recon on Weekly basis.
  • Daily proper allocation of AP/AR
  • Follow up for swift and payment advises
  • Maintain file with all supporting documents
  • Weekly invoice out of Contra Clearing
  • Mail all Interco invoices and supporting for contra clearing
  • Weekly update overheads.
  • Assist in monthly Reconciliation of intercompany balance/loan/investment.
  • Prepare payment request.
  • Process monthly recurring journals.
  • Preparations of VAT and TDS monthly.
  • Assist in month end closure
  • All other adhoc duties both finance & logistics team
  • Assist in quarterly/yearly audit
  • Roll over files for new financial year
