Mauritius-based Meridian Group operates across Malawi, Mozambique, Zambia and Zimbabwe. We are looking to recruit an accounts clerk to assist in finance department for its Mauritius based team.
- Process Bank Transactions daily and proceed with Bank Recon on Weekly basis.
- Daily proper allocation of AP/AR
- Follow up for swift and payment advises
- Maintain file with all supporting documents
- Weekly invoice out of Contra Clearing
- Mail all Interco invoices and supporting for contra clearing
- Weekly update overheads.
- Assist in monthly Reconciliation of intercompany balance/loan/investment.
- Prepare payment request.
- Process monthly recurring journals.
- Preparations of VAT and TDS monthly.
- Assist in month end closure
- All other adhoc duties both finance & logistics team
- Assist in quarterly/yearly audit
- Roll over files for new financial year
- HSC holder with a minimum of experience.
- Ms Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent in English.

- Work experience in the same field
